A native of Baltimore MD, David F. Klein, CSM, GRI, is a Graduate of the Realtors Institutes of both Maryland and New Jersey and an ICSC certified CSM in the management, leasing, and development of shopping centers and commercial property. He was runner up for Manager of The Year 1995.

   He has spent his life in pursuit of peak performance and empowerment, exploring and cultivating their essential elements and the phenomenon of “breakthrough”.
